PLEASE HELP
Between 1914 and 1929 rug, decent condition, fraying at edges, looks like someone might have crudely added the fringe in large loopy stitches....
1 - what's the value
2 - should the fringe be removed?
The back says Bigelow Hartford Imperial Bossorah, you may be able to tell from the photo.
