PLEASE HELPThis item appears to be made of brass and looks quite old. It measures 15" tall x the top measures 9". Stand has 3 legs and each tier is held on w/ 3 brass flower knobs. The center of the top depicts a columned building w/ a banner beneath it (I can't make out what it says). The bottom tier has a profile of someone wearing a scarf? on their head. Thank you.
