I don't believe your book is extremely rare. Here's a similar book from 1885 for sale on Amazon from seller edconroybookseller in New York: Second Annual Report of the Board of Railroad Commissioners 1885 book for sale ($150.50) They list their book in very good condition, if your book is fair/good its probably worth around $100-150 dollars. |
