PLEASE HELP
I have a penciled Marilyn Monroe done on like a brown type canvas paper. There are no numbers on the bottom of it, like what the reproductions have. This one only is signed "Lanse" and I bought it at an estate sale of an elderly couple. I am wondering, would this be an original and if it is how much would it be worth? A friend of mine wants to buy it from me for 150.00, but if it is an original, I would believe it is much more than that because she said, I will pay you 300, but not over a thousand for it.
It was in like a silver type frame, but my husband accidently dropped it. Nothing happened to the picture, but the glass and frame did end up being trashed.
