PLEASE HELPI believe the figure was made in Japan and I couldn't find out who Art Anson is. The bottom has a "JAPAN" sticker & is stamped: STUDIO WARE 1960-61 ART ANSON,INC. The lighter itself doesn't appear to have been used. The wick is clean, doesn't smell like lighter fluid, and there is no flint. Does anyone know what this is or might be worth. Japan produced thousands of similar products in the 1960's by Studio Ware and many others. Your lighter is probably worth around $30-50 dollars. Thanks for sharing. |
