Hi Kelly, Without more information like a photo or a description of the material the pill box is made from (silver or gold), its pretty much impossible to narrow down a price range on your pill box. I've seem gold and silver pill boxes sell for thousands of dollars from the era and I've also seen simple tin ones sell for around $10 dollars. |
