PLEASE HELP
I have from what the hallmark says is a 1939 reed & barton gravy boat with attatche tray. On the bottom it reeds ( reed & barton) under that it reeds. 90 to the left of the 90 the number's 9-196 looks scratched in and to the right of the number 90 also scratched in it reeds ( E 1 t) or it could be ( E z t) and below that it reeds (bt) I'm wondering what this is and the value of it. Also I believe this pice was commemorating a person. Because on one side of the bowl itself. It reeds 1890-1940 WRE
