PLEASE HELP
4-3/4" Royal Bayreuth Bavarian red cloaked and capped Santa (?) toting green bag with a texture of lines on the bag. Blue mark with two crowned and facing lions and a crowned something (maybe a bird's head) between them. Left one has a P by it and the other has a T. There looks like a banner under them all that has: priv 17. can't figure the other two marks following it.
