Unreal, and very rare wall mount scrolled cast iron newspaper holder, or postal mail holder, not certain. This is very, very old! For indoor or outdoor. This measures 18″ tall x 11 1/2″ wide x an extension of 6 1/2″ from wherever it hangs from. This weighs 2 lbs 15 oz. by itself. Boxing it will add some weight. Shipping is up to the buyer.
