I found this beautiful framed art in a small town city garage sale. The frame is carved in a lightweight piece of wood. I&#8217;ve researched the artist, A. DEVERIA, and have looked at his drawings very close. I have not found any of them that have this ornate drawn frame as shown in the picture.
