									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, new here.  I am considering selling a dining room set I inherited from my grandparents.  Hutch:  Vintage country style solid pine, handmade by E.S. Purdom &amp; Sons of Franklin, NC back in the late 50&#8217;s.  6 ft wide by 6&#8217;3&#8243; tall. There are 3 drawers and two side cabinets. The hutch part is removable from the buffet. </p>
