									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a Shell Oil Petroles Jupiter swing arm lighter.  I had it on eBay for very cheap.  A bidder told me it was rare..  probably made in 1910-20.  Has Paris address on the bottom.  I hope you can read Ste Ame Rue de Washington, Paris.  Petroles Jupiter.  I&#8217;d appreciate an appraisal &amp; advice.  Thank you very much, Barbara Fink</p>
