I work in old buildings and boiler rooms and large water valve in a condemed boiler was locked off with this vintage padlock. It is brass and has Nabic printed on it, it has two keys and two lock off matching pieces with it. It works perfectly. My friend believes its a gem find lol. Can anyone educate me?
