									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a very old and quite rare rigging tool I&#8217;d like a value on before I sell it.<br />
It&#8217;s a sailers spike penknife.<br />
No visible marks apart from the makers mark, Atkins Bros Sheffield (note: NOT Atkinsons)<br />
I originally thought the handle covers were mother of pearl but know I believe they are cow horn.</p>
