Handmade CHAIRS–FREE APPRAISAL, PLEASE!

Hi, everybody
We have a set of 7 HANDMADE Tobey (Chicago) dining-room chairs, 1930s or 1940s. All need re-upholster–original naugahyde (???). Their size: 39″tall x 13 1/2″ wide x 13 1/2″ deep. In two of them, the wooden cross-ties underneath the seat need repair.
