									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Can anyone comment on a Charter Oaks Base Burning Stove value? It is a Waldorf Hot Blast #31 and seems to have been a coal-burning stove. It is 22&#8243; high, 10&#8243; across the top with a semi-circular vent opening of 3.5&#8243;x7.5&#8243;. It is ~ 8.25&#8243; diameter at the base with an oblong lid that lifts to load fuel apparently.
