									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am in the process of selling my home (downsizing) and there is interest in purchasing my dining room set. I have no idea as to the financial value (only sentimental value). It belonged to my grandparents and I believe they purchased it in the 1940s. There are 6 chairs in total (2 with arms).
