									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I can identify makers marks on 3 of the padlocks (Winall, Yale, Sargent), but not the others. The door lock has a mark that looks like REo. Are these worth anything? Also, will cleaning off the rust help or hurt the value? I would like to sell them. Thanks.</p>
