									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The cast iron stove is a true antique, in spite of the damaged top; I<br />
estimate its value at $4,000.00 to $6,000.00. It had special value to me. It was made in<br />
about 1900. It was probably used in one of the early Hotel lobbies, which burned in<br />
1934. It was made in about 1900 or earlier.</p>
<p>This is the comment my father left about this wood stove.. </p>
