I have a legitimus collins & company machete. It is approximately 24″ not including handle. It is stamped with a crown with an arm holding a hammer. Underneath it’s stamped legitimus collins & company made in the USA No. 706. It’s in excellent condition. Used but very good condition. I’m wondering what info there is on it and what it’s value may approximately be!

    Hi Heather,

I estimate your No. 706 legitimus Collins Machete to be worth around $25-50 dollars. Older ones from WWII would be marked U.S. and dated. Even vintage WWII Collins machines sometimes go in that price range, so that might be high.

    Thanks for sharing.
