Vintage or antique clock. Animal antlers or not?

Beautiful clock that I have for a while but cannot find any information about. Animal antlers or alike décor. Works great + or – minute but I had not use the adjustment. Any information help. NO marks on the metal elements beside an error to rewind. Pretty cool but it would be nice to know more about it and its value.
