VANLEIGH ORNATE BEDROOM PIECES

Vanleigh bedroom furniture. I purchased both pieces from an antiques dealer in Orange, NJ back in 1980. I had the mirror fixed and went back to get it, and he had sold it. Oh well…here we are in 2017 and I need to know the value of these pieces and whether I should invest in restoring them or selling them as is.

I have the hardware that is missing from the pictures, along with a couple of pieces of wood detail that came off. I have the front of the left drawer, I just didn’t want to glue it on or change the piece at all.

Hi,
I would estimate your Vanleigh dresser to be between $40 to $60 in the condition it is in. A complete bedroom set sold in 2016 for $2000 and was in excellent condition also a end table that was in good condition sold for $90. It might be worth it to have it restored.
