Unusual lock and room key

Is there any information you can give me on these two items. They are from my father’s collection which he started in the late 1920’s. We have hundreds of his pieces including locks, keys, door knobs, locking devises and other really different looking items. He was a well known escape artist and Magician and wrote a book about his collection in the 70’s. We now have the entire collection to figure out. Any help you can give wold be greatly appreciated.
