Telephone table?

I have a small table I believe is a telephone table or stand. I am looking for any/all the information I can get about this table.
It is all wood and has a storage area under the top. The top has wooden edges on 3 sides and on the backside is a handle that is carved into the wood. The measurements on the table are 24″ h x 17″ w x 12″ d. The legs are turned legs I believe.
