    I have been looking for the mugs in the photo online, but cannot find them. They are stamped with “Made In Occupied Japan” on the bottom.
    The recessed bottoms have a stamping pattern similar to an American NFL football.
    They appear to be plated, with some wear on both. Both are heavy.
    These were obtained by my uncle who served in Japan during the immediate aftermath of the war.

    A am interested in finding out a possible appraisal of them.
