Rolltop desk and paintings

Hi I have a rolltop desk with keys for the bottom drawers and I have these 2 very unique paintings but unsure of the art as I don’t know much about art or furniture. I’ve been looking to sell these I but feel as tho I’m being given estimates way under what these my really be worth.

Hi,
The oil painting by P Wong is worth $15 to $50 at auction. Depends on the framing and if it is damaged in any way.
The oil painting by S Barton is worth $25 to $55 at auction. The framing has a lot to do with the price.
I will need more information on the desk such as what type of wood it is make of, any makers mark, or any other information you may find on it. The prices for the desk range from $15 to over $400 depending on size, wood, maker etc.
