Raimond Silver plate table top sweeper

This is an antique table top sweeper, I have found one or two for sale online but I can’t find much about the company or how to properly date it. Any info will be helpful.

Your tabletop sweeper is probably from late 1800’s, but the one currently for sale is way too high in my opinion. These type of antique tabletop sweepers usually sell in the $20-50 dollar range max. I think it would be hard to find a buyer over $100, but anything is possible.
