I have not seen the complete set sell at auction but the lighter alone sold for $80. in 2012. Does your lighter read on the bottom “THE GOLDEN WHEEL LIGHTER” along with the patten number? I believe this is from the WWI era. I would estimate your Premo Set lighter and cigarette case to include the box around $250 – $300. I’ve seen a couple of these sell but none in such good condition.

It seems that the Premo Set sells for less at auction. Still I do not know of a complete set but the lighter alone sells $16 to $30.
