Need info on Paintings

I only very recently found this site and was wondering if someone here might be able to help me with some info on some paintings? The first one has the name O’Brien on it in the bottom corner but I’ve not been able to find anything out about it. The second one has a name but I can’t really make it out but it has an auction house name and address on a sticker on the back. The last one I know nothing at all about other then it was found in an old house my husband was restoring. Any info on value or anything on any of these would be helpful

O’ Brien is probably one of many unknown American artists.

As far as the painting with the name and address of the auction house, I would call them! They might remember the painting and the artist and give you more info.
