I dug this knife out of the ground 25 years ago in pine bush NY

I dug this in 2 feet of soil in 1991. Location was Pine Bush, New York.
Appears to have a bone handle and a flower stamped tin ring and a metal plate at the base of the handle. Any idea the time period and value of this?

Your knife is in really good condition to be dug up. The soil must have had really good drainage. I would estimate the value of your antique knife with bone handle to be in the $50-100 dollar range.
