ParticipantI found these 2 pieces recently while shopping. I’m trying to research them and all search engines lead me here. Are these original Hutschenreuther pieces? If yes, how much does the damage to the tail of the hunting dog hurt its value?

I believe what you have are not originals. I do not see the details or colors on these pieces.
I would not trash them, take them to a professional to be sure before doing anything. My belief is based on a picture only.I have included some we have sold on our site and a Hutschenreuther mark guide.

KeymasterI believe your Rodgers & Sons knife is worth between $200-400 dollars. Like you said, it’s not in the best condition, otherwise it would be worth quite a bit more. Here is the data that I based this appraisal on:
