ParticipantNo words on lock and only half of tag is present. Combination works (I blocked the combo out on the attached images).

Tim ManasterskiKeymasterI don’t recognize the manufacturer, but it’s a common combination lock. It most manufactured between the 1920s and 1970s. I think it’s worth between $10-20 dollars. Here are similar combination padlocks that sold in that price range in the past:
