How to determine make and value of antique combination lock

No words on lock and only half of tag is present. Combination works (I blocked the combo out on the attached images).

I don’t recognize the manufacturer, but it’s a common combination lock. It most manufactured between the 1920s and 1970s. I think it’s worth between $10-20 dollars. Here are similar combination padlocks that sold in that price range in the past:
