HIATT EST 1780 handcuffs with key

Bought these and many other handcuffs at a garage sale. These look very antique and was just wandering on what the price of these may be. It does say HIATT EST 1780 also has British made on them. Don’t know what the EST 1780 would mean? They do come with a key
