Help with ID/value on heavy, unmarked silver bowl

I found this lovely bowl at a church thrift shop. Have searched for days and cannot find anything quite like it to compare with. No markings anywhere that I can find.Design looks like Repousse, but is only on INSIDE of bowl. It is rather heavy for it’s size; Top rim is 7″ across, pedestal base is 3″ and weighs almost a pound. (14.6 oz).
Did I just find a pretty little bowl, or is there some value to it? Thanks so much for your help!
