ParticipantI can identify makers marks on 3 of the padlocks (Winall, Yale, Sargent), but not the others. The door lock has a mark that looks like REo. Are these worth anything? Also, will cleaning off the rust help or hurt the value? I would like to sell them. Thanks.

KeymasterREO is Russell and Erwin Company. They made some really nice hardware! That dates your door lock between 1846 and 1902 when the company merged with P&F Corbin lock company.
Here’s a good link to read more about Russell & Erwin:
The rest of the padlocks are just junk. They’re work between $1 and $2 dollars each at most. They’re just in too bad condition and they’re not rare, so that pretty much makes them worthless.
Even the Russell and Erwin door lock doesn’t have a lot of value and it looks slightly broken. I’m guessing, but I’d say around $10-20 dollars.
