Handmade Italian Wine Bottle

Picked up this handmade hand painted wine bottle from an estate sale a few weeks ago. It doesn’t appear to having any markings, but the previous owner said they lived in the house for over sixty years and it was there when they moved in. Interior has been glazed if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
