Base on my research I believe this a real Capodimonte group piece.
I like to find out more about the year that was made and also the current market value.

Tim ManasterskiKeymasterThe “made in Italy for Rosanna” places your Capodimonte from the 1960s or 1970s. Rosanna Originals was a upscale importer of fine collectibles and was run by Rose Yates and Anna Wendruck and based in Southern California:
