Dresser w/ marble top, drop pulls, and silver mirror

First off, apologies as I am antique illiterate and completely ignorant. I have some antique bedroom furniture of my grandmothers. I have no idea how old, who made it, or where it came from, although I suspect it is from her family. She was born 1917 and this stuff is probably older than that. Attached are some pictures of the dresser (is it even a dresser?). It is some species of wood (not laminate) with a marble top, and an original silver mirror. Original drop pulls and brass locks on all the drawers. Appears to have hand-cut, dovetail pins and tails (you can see the scribe lines). I have no idea if it’s worth $10 or $10,000. Any help would be greatly appreciated by this provincial rube who doesn’t know the first thing about old furniture.

Are you able to locate and label markers? On the second picture does the plate have a name on it? Look under the drawers or behind the mirror and let me know if you can find anything.
