Decorative Pot 1970's

I have been given a lot of items that belonged to my mother or grandmother. Some of these I don’t know anything about, others I know a little of them or the history of how they were acquired. I will be posting a few of them to see if I can get the worth or more info on them. Thank you.
The first of these items is a decorative pot that was purchased in Disney at there FL location in the early 70’s. I’d like to get a value and any other info. I’m not sure of it’s purpose or if strictly ornamental.
