Cushman Arrow Back Chair 3-70

I have found a Genuine Cushman Colonial Creation Arrow Back Dining Room Chair 3-70. There is a metal plate nailed to the underside of the seat, but it does not look like other plates that I have seen. I want to make sure I am not trying to sell a counterfeit item. Thanks
