I collect all things Currier and Ives and came across this at our local swap meet. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I believe it is a called a Lavabo (?). It is missing the original brass spigot, which I think will be very easy to replace and only 2 very, very small, shallow chipped areas- one on a back corner of the large middle piece, and the other on the front of the bottom basin in the brown paint area. Otherwise, it’s in very good condition, at least to my unprofessional trained eye. Can anyone tell me the age of the piece or era it was made and/or how it was used? Also, who made this? There are no names or markings on the piece for me to research to answer this. Thank you!
