Coca-Cola Limited Edition Plate

I recently just purchased this Coca-Cola Limited Edition Fine Porcelain Plate from a thrift store. However, my research on it has come up empty-handed. I see many plates similar to this one, and I’ve only come across a painting or picture of just the artwork itself. The plate number is difficult to read however I believe it says Plate No. 1781 or 1281. I’d like to know any information available about this collectible plate. How common is it to come by? What kind of value does it hold?

In my opinion, your Coca-Cola limited edition plate is worth between $3-10 dollars, based on sales in the past of similar plates:
