Capodimonte – Mediterranean Man Painting a Vase

Hello, I would like to identify the Capodimonte figurine I have. He is 22cm in height. The bottom is signed ‘Joanne’. There is a hard to decipher mark underneath Joanne which I think is a circled number ‘1’ followed by ‘NARCO’, HARCO’or even ‘MARCO’. Thank you for your assistance. Veronique
