C.N.R. E.T. Fraim Lock Co. Padlock

C.N.R. E.T. Fraim Lock Co.Padlock Can anyone provide information about this lock. It is similar to a Yale or Winchester, but I have not found any information regarding this particular lock. I know it is difficult to pick. This could be a Canadian model for the Canadian Northern Raiulroad. Thanks in advance
