Blue milk glass

I found this beautiful bowl but can find nothing about it. It’s a pretty blue milk glass color, I don’t see any signatures or marks. Both lid and bowl have an uneven thickness on the inside bottom. It wasn’t until I took a very close look that I found a small seam along one handle. It’s disguised very well.
Any information is appreciated? I think it’s a sugar bowl bu correct me if I am wrong
