I got this from my mother who said she got it from her father. My grandpa. I never thought to inquire further and both have passed a while back. I came across this again during a move and noticed missing tusks(I think they’re ivory?) on one of the elephants. I wanted to see if this is worth insurance and how much should insure it for?
The only bit of googling I did on the dish returned very little. However the Elephants appear to resemble what was labeled “Indian Art”?? Idk. So here I am. I don’t have a computer so I gotta figure out how to get the pictures from my phone onto here!
