ParticipantHi
Just trying to work out if this necklace is antique, vintage or modern, it’s value and what best describes it.
It has 925 stamped on the back of 1 of the attachments and on the clasp, it weighs 60 grams, each piece of chain is only about 15cm. It has a weird notche on each side of the jump ring that the clasp does up to. It also has some sort of mandala on the back of it
It’s very strong, every link in the chain is soldered and I just don’t know when it’s from and any help would be most appreciated 😃
Cheers

ModeratorHi Angela,
I would estimate your Tibetan Silver necklace between $20 to $30 based on what I have seen sell at auction. Below is one that sold in the past. I know the sold price does not reflect what I stated above it is just to show you why I believe it is a Tibetan necklace.
Hope this helps,

ParticipantThank you. I was pretty positive it was Tibetan. What sort of year range do you think it’s from?

ModeratorThe jewelry is still being made in Tibet so I really couldn’t say.
