    Hi,
A friend is settling her mother in law’s estate and asked me to sell this ring for her. So far, my best guess is that it’s a 14k (stamped 585), European elk tooth ring from the late nineteenth century. I think it’s a size 10, so quite heavy.
The values I’ve found are very inconsistent, likely because each ring is unique. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hi Julie,
I would estimate your Elk’s Tooth Ring to bring between $250 to $350 from what I have seen sell at auctions. The 585 is an old European mark, which is equivalent to 14k gold. The price will go up or down depending on the weight of the ring and the price of gold at the time of sale.
    Hope this helps,
