PLEASE HELP

Hi, just wondering if you could help me with an apprasial, I have been given a bowl it looks to be a single serve soup or large cereal bowl, it does have a lip where a lid might of sat at one stage (which I haven't got) and underneath the bowl has a couple of squizzles and the numbers 618 and is stamped with a pitcure of a crown, Royal Cauldron England Est 1774. It's in good condition with no chips or scratchings and has 2 green leaves on either side of the bowl for serving or passing the bowl and 4 yellow small flowers around the outside of the bowl. It's approximately 6" in diameter. I hope this is enough information for you to give some sort of a apprisal. Thanking you Donna West
