PLEASE HELP

17"-18" high porcelain doll and wicker pram. The only maker's mark on the doll is an "8" at the base of her neck. She's in good condition, with the exception of a missing right foot (the knit "socks" hide this). Her arms, head and legs are porcelain and her body is fabric stuffed with sawdust (?). She has her original bonnet (brown velvet, lace and black satin) but her dress is obviously not original, though is very well stitched, with pin pleats, tucks, etc. The pram is wicker, with muslin (?) lining and lace umbrella. In working condition, though fragile. The doll came into our possession with the pram, but they are obviously not an original pairing, as the doll is a "lady", not a "baby" doll.
